Visa-free travel continues to boost tourism in Belarus
More than 70,000 foreign visitors have entered Belarus under the visa-free regime since the beginning of 2026, Sputnik writes.
The largest number of travelers came from neighboring Lithuania, Latvia, and Poland.
Since the launch of the visa-free program in 2022, Belarus has welcomed over 1.3 million European visitors.
The extension of visa-free entry for citizens of 38 countries through the end of 2026 is expected to support tourism growth, strengthen international connections, and increase the country’s appeal as a travel destination.
